  The property at 101 Kate Drive is simple yet beautiful, I would have given it 5 stars had the neighbors left us alone. We rented this for a small weekend getaway... little did we know what was in store for us. It started in the am with the neighbors coming over and fussing at my children about where one of our cars were parked, so we moved the car. As I was moving the car the neighbor came out and began photographing me and the children. I then called the property manager explained what had happened and was told that where I then had my cars parked was fine. Around 6 pm, we get interrupted with having to move the cars yet again! Yes, the neighbors called and complained, so the property manager had to come out. Multiple times my children along with the adults came in the house saying the neighbors were outside taking pictures or looking through the fence or windows watching. What a horrible experience we had, no one wanted to go outside because they were scared of being fussed at, having their picture taken or doing something wrong (the children were scared to go to the dock, they kept asking if I was sure it wasn't the neighbors dock) and possibly making the property manager come out again. However, they had no problem letting their dog roam freely. As business owners we travel often and I've never experienced anything like this. The neighbors behaviour was absolutely unexceptable, you don't take pictures of other peoples children! Lastly, the property line should definitely be marked and a privacy fence for future guests would be beneficial. There is definitely something wrong when your children are ready to leave the lake to go home.. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!

  The Cope PM team is very professional at what they do. The team care about their property owners and tenants. I have worked with the team for just over a year as one of their maintenance/handyman, I handle work orders on the properties in need. The team is on it, when it comes to a tenant calling about an issue. They follow through with every work order to see that it is taken care of. They care for these properties, as if they were their own.
